Our relocation consultants can help determine your needs and recommend apartment communities for a perfect fit. The consultants provide information such as amenities, floor plans, pricing, availability and even specials. The service is free you and we are paid by the apartment communities themselves.
Home Rental Locator
Sure, there a many Web sites that list rental properties. But most of them are not publicly available. We have access to the Mid-Florida Regional MLS. That's where all the Realtors® list all of their properties. We execute searches based on your preferences and send full descriptions and pictures right to your e-mail. Once you decide which ones you like, we'll even take you to see the properties.
Did we mention that this is a free service? We are paid by the property owners.
Short Term Rentals
For individuals in need of short term, interim or temporary housing a relocation consultant reviews available options and helps each individual determine which options best suit their needs. These options include corporate apartments, unfurnished apartments offering short-term leases or home buyer/ builder clauses, and privately owned furnished and unfurnished houses, condos and townhouses. Providing information on availability, lease terms available, prices, deposits, features, amenities, and pet information.
Area Tours
We provide area tours for companies relocating individuals to the Tampa Bay Area who desire more intensive relocation assistance. A relocation consultant escorts the transferee or new hire on a tour of the area and the residential areas or apartment communities best matching that individuals specific needs showing them the rental options they are most interested in. The relocation consultant also provides relocation information on the Tampa Bay Area (maps, school information, recreational activities, routes to work, etc).
An area tour will help the employee get aquatinted with the area and make them more comfortable with the “big” move. An area tour can also be useful in helping entice someone to accept a position by offering a more thorough knowledge of the area and what it has to offer.
Corporate Relocation
Real Estate Review works closely with the human resource departments of companies throughout the Tampa Bay Area providing relocating employees with rental and relocation information before they arrive in the Tampa Bay Area. For individuals who will not have time for a home-finding trip we help them select and lease a property via fax or mail. We also assist with any corporate or interim housing needs.
