Today is Earth Day and I thought it would be great to list some ways on how to green your home. Please keep in mind that although Earth Day is only one day per year, you should try to practice the tips below every day. We take some of these ideals and apply them to our office too. Many people think that being green is more expensive. Some of the tips may be more expensive in the beginning but save you money in the long run. Besides that, it helps our world stay a better place for future generations.
Home & Condo Sales Up In March

Great news if you are trying to sell an existing home or condo! The Florida Association of Realtors® (FAR) reports that existing home and condo sales were up in march of 2009. This means that for the seventh month in a row, there were sale gains in the year-to-year comparison. March also had a 32.7 percent gain in sales over the previous month.
